Natural movement along a path using more nodes to follow the path
The movement of an object along a path is so useful and I hope the feature can be be made even better (or I get to use it better). The issue was always the peculiar movement around turns of anything beside a circle. The new auto-orientation does a fair bit to help with shape change along turns on a path however it is still look unnatural. Trying to change the shape in corners doesn't really help a lot, gets messy quickly and with auto orient on the move along the path becomes rather funky. I have understood that you can set the anchor point to follow the path but I have yet to figure out how to set a node to follow the path. I have found the menu to do it (right click on a node) but nothing happens. No matter what the shape is still linked to the path by the anchor point only so perhaps I don't understand what is meant by node to path. In fact it would perhaps help the issue of (un)natural movement around turns in a motion path if it was possible to assign more nodes to actually follow the path. Make a fish or a snake turn more naturally? Possible?
