Steps to reproduce

• Navigate to https://gitlab.com/mattbas/glaxnimate/-/releases/0.5.0
• Click on "Source Tarball" in the "Download" table (https://gitlab.com/mattbas/glaxnimate/-/jobs/artifacts/0.5.0/raw/glaxnimate-src.tar.gz?job=tarball)

Result

Error 404 - Page Not Found

Additional information

https://glaxnimate.mattbas.org/download/ with https://gitlab.com/mattbas/glaxnimate/-/jobs/artifacts/release/raw/glaxnimate-src.tar.gz?job=tarball is not a viable alternative to this as it's missing any kind of version reference in either the url or the file name itself, e.g. we package 0.5.0, tarball gets updated and our 0.5.0 package starts to build 0.6.0 - you get the idea.
