Control key does not constrain the line to 90°

Greetings from NZ;

When drawing bezier lines, ctrl is supposed to snap the line to 90°, but for me this isn't working. I have tested on Linux using the built in version from Shotcut (version 0.5.0-53-g5972fc91) and the latest stable release on Windows 11.

Also confirmed via this thread that lead Shotcut developer Dan, and several other knowledgeable members, have not been able to make this work either.

I didn't include this as a bug since the description is self explanatory and there is no trigger. I apologise if that was the wrong choice, and will amend if requested.
