linebreaking in Firefox

MathML3 specifies functionality for controlling linebreaking for mathematical expressions. This is still un-implemented in all major browsers.

This project calls for an implementation in the firefox browswer

Linebreaking is covered in a few examples in the MathML3 test suite --> presentation --> linebreak.

There is already a discussion on a bugzilla issue, but it seems to have stalled three years ago.
