Resolve "Motivate and explain purpose of each "advanced topic""

This issue was low-hanging fruit after a few tutorials had been removed from the user guide and (I think) someone had added some info in the tutorials still around. To complete the issue I just expanded the introduction to "Structure enumeration" and "Cluster vectors" a bit.
