Motivate and explain purpose of each "advanced topic"
As a user, I want to understand why and when I should employ the tools demonstrated in the "Advanced topics"-section of the documentation. Some topics are well motivated at the top of the page, whereas others are not. What may be confusing now is that some tutorials are advanced and have very limited interested for the average user (Permutation matrix, Neighbor list) whereas others are actually basic and fundamental (Cluster vectors). I suggest that we add a short motivation for all of them, which should include a clear hint on whether they are meant for regular use or rather as a tool for developers. The importance should also be reflected by the order, in which the topics are introduced.

@erhart 2018/11/13 IRL scrum
- remove "Neighbor list" and "Permutation Matrix
- move "Cluster count" down in order; add good motivation
