Pruning a clusters that don't occur in a training set

Hi,

I have an alloy with very small amounts of Si. I would like to try pruning the pruning the cluster space of high order clusters that don't exist in the training set. I'm not sure where to begin, but it seems like an interesting use case so I opened an issue in case someone else wants to try this in the future.
