Command increase detect change for counter restarted not to zero value

It can happen that some value after pod restart increase so faster that Prometheus scrap value. In such case Prometheus scrap value greater than 0. I will register e.g. 5. But we can be sure that counter has 0 value after restart. Such situation should be detected as change. See attachment.
