Include Bausum tests

The TeX Reference Manual by David Bausum (2002) contains demonstrations for each of TeX's controls. These would make excellent tests.

Firstly, get permission to use the tests.

Then, separate the tests out programmatically, and turn them into Python tests. Lastly, check them all by hand, and delete or modify where appropriate.
