Not returning Name columns by read_rpt_file

read_rpt_file.node_depth_summary only returns columns ['Type', 'Average_Depth_Feet', 'Maximum_Depth_Feet', 'Maximum_HGL_Feet', 'Time of Max_Occurrence_days hr:min', 'Reported_Max Depth_Feet']. And does not return 'Node' Column

My file is attached. 198509_-_Alt7_80Loss_Entrance_and_Exit_Loss.rpt
