Include Edges are not labeled correctly for the 2nd degree connections

When generating the report, any include connection below the first level (main document to direct include) is not categorized correctly and displayed with default options (black arrow in forward direction). They should be displayed like the first level include edges (labeled with line numbers, green color and reverse direction).
