feat: make Marge messages more user-friendly

Instead of speaking in first person, explain the issue at hand. And provide suggestions on how to solve issues in a polite manner.

@calebccff @dhxx given the discussion today.

I only fixed a few messages, but if it looks good, I can fix the rest in a similar manner
