I've been asked if there is Marge-bot chat room (IRC/Matrix), would it make sense?

I would like to have it, just not sure there is enough traction for people to receive responses.

Q:

1. Would you be interested in having chat room and occasionally respond to peoples questions?
2. Matrix or IRC?
