feature request: allow batch assigning to match using labels and cron jobs

I work on Mesa, which is a very busy project using gitlab+marge that has a chronically long merge queue. Having a label like WEEKEND-MARGE could let people assign non-critical MRs for a cron job to merge over the weekend.
