Add import from gogocarto

gogocarto does a great job enabling to thematic maps. There already are dozens of maps.

It would be great to enable loading data which was created in gogocarto to enable uploading to openstreetmap. Gogocarto provides an API and the data are under the OdBL license so it just needs to read the API. (api results example)
