"Several websites are not reachable!" error even when check was successful - and only one website (or no websites) checked

With the latest version from F-Droid, I get an error "Several websites are not reachable!" every tine. I am only checking one site, and I still get this message. If I choose the refresh option I get this error but can see the check was successful. If I remove the site and have no sites in the lost, then choose the refresh option, I still get this message.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app which has not resolved the issue. No issue before thw latest update.
