Non-free copyrights

Files such as img/firstpage-*.png seem very likely to be copyright violations.

For figures, it would be best if we had clear declarations of copyright and sourcing. Some of the images could go into Wikimedia Commons - which will refuse any non-free images, helping to clarify the licensing status of these slides.
