Run a testnet executor

Executors watch the chain and trigger delivery when a heartbeat's timer runs out. They stake MKTB and earn MKTB rewards.

This issue collects people running executors on Base Sepolia. Post your setup, anything that confused you, and any bugs you hit (bugs go to the maktub project).

Start here: executor docs and executor/.

Testnet only. Nothing real is at stake.
