The help for Receive list copies (possible duplicates) is backwards

At accounts/mailmansettings/ , the help for Receive list copies (possible duplicates) says Select No to receive copies. Select Yes to avoid receiving copies. This is backwards. It should say Select Yes to receive copies. Select No to avoid receiving copies,
