It isn't clear on the Postorius Alter Messages view which settings depend on Filter content

Of all the settings on the Alter Messages view, some control aspects content filtering and some do not and it isn't clear which are which. The Filter content description says "Should Mailman filter the content of list traffic according to the settings below?", but there are settings below which aren't content filtering settings. At a minimum, the view should be reorderd so only content filtering settings are below the Filter content setting.
