List members view should show Moderation Action 'None' as 'List Default'.

List owners are sometimes confused about Moderation Action = None, thinking it means no moderation as opposed to the list's default. It should be explicitly shown as List Default for clarity and for consistency with the Administration options/Moderation setting in the member detail view.
