Important functionality missing from web interface

Since python-dev moved to Mailman3, these are things I sorely miss from the old interface:

• The ability to forward a message from the moderation queue. From python-dev, I frequently forward to help@python.org (very basic newbie Python questions), and less often to postmaster@python.org or psf@python.org.
• The ability to clear a member's moderation flag.
• The ability to write a custom message for rejection (when a poster appears to be legit, but, e.g., forgot to include any content, or appears to have sent a good msg to the wrong list - etc).
