Add option to not attach the original mail to the notification mail

Currently (mailman 3.3.0) the original mail/post to a list which is held for moderation is attached to the notification mail send to moderators / owners.

In case the original mail was a SPAM mail we see in our setup that such notification mails are then also detected as SPAM by the receiver's mail system.

This in turn can have bad impact on the mail system sending the notifications mails by causing a bad mail reputation.

I like to request an option in the list settings to disable attaching the original mail to the notification mail.

Someone on mailman-users@mailman3.org stated that there was such an option in mailman2, but had no luck finding it in the documentation.
