The pending_request_life lifetime is not appropriate for probe token pendings.

In various circumstances involving retryable errors that eventually time out, probe bounces may not be returned for a week or more. The default pending_request_life of 3 days is too short for these.

I don't think this lifetime needs to be configurable. I think just setting it to 10 days is fine.
