Encoding of UTF-8 display names on subscription by mail
It seems that the display name taken from a subscription by mail to testlist-join@example.com is not decoded. When it contains an utf-8 string it is displayed rfc2047-encoded under members, too.
In subscription mail:
FROM: =?utf-8?q?Max_M=c3=bcller?= <max.mueller@example.com>
Member's entry in under 'Users' > 'Members':
"=?utf-8?q?Max_M=c3=bcller?=" <max.mueller@example.com>
Expected entry for the member:
"Max Müller" <max.mueller@example.com>
I've installed mailman from the current stable Debian 10 package mailman3-full. Is this behavior so intended? Or did I miss something in my configuration? For me this looks like a bug.
