Adding Explanation of Mailman Suite

Judging from the questions I've been getting on IRC and elsewhere, people are going to list.org and then being totally confused about how to get and setup mailman suite. I've put some explanation on the download page for now to help guide people in the right direction. (This probably speaks to needing to refactor the website some, but I think this is the right short-term solution)
