Virtualenv installation should suggest putting mailman-hyperkitty.cfg in /etc/mailman3/

The suggested mailman.cfg puts mailman-hyperkitty.cfg in /opt/mailman/mm/. It would be better in /etc/mailman3 with the other configuration files.
