Some HyperKitty configuration is missing from source/install/virtualenv.rst

Things like the mailman.cfg [archiver.hyperkitty] section and mailman-hyperkitty.cfg and the MAILMAN_ARCHIVER_KEY settings.py setting are not mentioned.
