Cannot turn hyperkitty off

The obvious way as far as I can tell is to add to /opt/mailman/core/mailman-extra.cfg

[archiver.hyperkitty]
class: mailman_hyperkitty.Archiver
enable: no
configuration: /opt/mailman/mailman-hyperkitty.cfg

but it does not turn it off and causes https://my.site/postorius/lists/some_list.my.site/ to fail

It should be possible to turn off hyperkitty
