Multiple issues since installing recent updates.

Around April 23 I installed commits from 8812a0b5 through ef692f30. Since that time, I see many HyperkKitty archiving anomalies. Posts are archived, but new threads do not appear under "Recently active discussions" on the overview page. There are also anomalies in the threads themselves. See for example https://lists.mailman3.org/archives/list/mailman-users@mailman3.org/thread/3IMI4LLTMJGUEBST5LIZH6G34RUMD3TM/. In this thread, there are currently 4 posts from 3 people. The thread view shows the initial post followed by the third, second and initial (repeated) posts in that order (i.e. reversed) and doesn't show the 4th post at all. In the right sidebar, it also says

When there are actually 3 comments and 3 participants, all of whom are listed but the comment from one is not shown or counted.

I.e., the post at https://lists.mailman3.org/archives/list/mailman-users@mailman3.org/message/S53UJJ3R5PLCSJ7BV7SOLWWRHT37YODG/ is in the thread, but if I go back to the thread from that post, it's as if that post doesn't exist except the poster's name appears under participants.

Note if I download the thread, the downloaded mbox contains the 4 posts in the proper order, so that at least is OK.
