Private lists visible when not logged in on "by name page"

On Hyperkittys main page "Available lists", the lists that are private and have private archives are not visible. But if I choose "by name" or "newest" option on the righthand side, the private lists are displayed anyway, also when I am NOT logged in. The "most popular" view does not display lists that should not be visible. The list tested is both private in mailman/postorius and have only private archiving set in postorius. This run on mailman 3, postorius and hyperkitty from git.

Git hash:es of the commits I have built from:

Currently I have solved this by deactivating archiving and deleting the lists from the database manually.
