Adjust css padding of "New subject" line

Occasionally Hyperkitty messages display a "New subject" line. Example on this page: https://lists.mailman3.org/archives/list/mailman-users@mailman3.org/thread/OZ7TBGSV2JNYKHWTLK6XPDCVTEJUL3YD/

Where it says "New subject", that text is overly close to the sender name. It should be moved away somehow. To the right and down.

This merge request sets left and top padding. The previous top padding was broken without a px specification. I believe this setting is an improvement. If you'd like something different let me know. I could adjust the file.
