Gravatar icons are too small

Gravatar support multiple resolutions of avatars. Hyperkitty is using a 40x40 source image and sizing it up to 60x60, which causes the image to appear blurry.

Expected behavior: the same size image is used, or possibly an image up to twice the size of the space (for simple support of high-density displays).
