Download archive seems to be broken in Chrome for v1.3.7

STR:

• Use Google Chrome (tested with 135.0.7049.52 on Ubuntu 24)
• Go to https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@lists.fedoraproject.org/2024/12/
• Scroll down and press Download on the left
• Download hangs forever, never asked for a file location

Also tested this with https://lists.squeakfoundation.org/archives/list/squeak-dev@lists.squeakfoundation.org/2025/3/, where I am asked for a file location, but the download immediately aborts and no file is created.

With Mozilla Firefox and wget, this works.
