render/display html text/html
Hi,
There's probably a good reason for this, but curious to ask anyway.
Most modern email clients such as Yahoo Mail, Gmail, Proton Mail, I assume Microsoft Outlook, are all formatting email using html tags. When creating an email you might set bold or italics. That appears on the other end as bold or italics. Using mailman3 and the mailman suite, this happens correctly in-between email clients.
But the missing piece is when Hyperkitty displays archives, the choices are plaintext or markdown, rather than html.
I'm observing that Hyperkitty shows html messages as having an attachment: attachment.html.
Why not display contents directly on the page the way that Yahoo Mail will show you an email, including formatted lettering, colors and sizes. And not as an attachment.
Thanks, Sam
