Allow basic functionality to work without Javascript

Currently, Hyperkitty relies a lot on Javascript for the basic functionality, including loading replies in the thread, loading the threads in the list page, loading list graphs etc in the index page.

We need to ensure that with JS disabled, a user is able to atleast read through the archives of a MailingList, even with a slightly bad experience, the basic functionality should work.

• Allow loading of the threads with JS disabled
• Allow loading of the top threads etc in the list summar page
