MAILMAN_ARCHIVER_FROM needs explicit ip address

MAILMAN_ARCHIVER_FROM needs the public ip from which mailman connects. using ::1 or 127.0.0.1 does not work.

I don't know if it's feasible to change this. Otherwise this has to be documented somewhere
