Social account buttons should appear on the Sign Up page.

It isn't obvious, but a user without a Django account but with a social account can click the appropriate social account button on the Sign In page and this will create a Django account for the user associated with the social account and log the user in.

It would be good to put the buttons on the Sign Up page to make it obvious that one can sign up in this way.
