Atomgroup sorting overwrites atomgroups
name: Atomgroup sorting overwrites atomgroups
about: Create a report to help us improve
module: density (but possibly others)
Expected behavior
One selects two or more atomgroups for analysis. Those atomgroups are distinct.
Actual behavior
In the analysis, the two atomgroups are identical.
Code to reproduce the behavior
Doing an analysis of two atomgroups and printing the indices:
print(atomgroups[0].atoms.indices)
print(atomgroups[1].atoms.indices)
ana_obj.run(begin=args.begin, end=args.end, dt=args.dt)
print(atomgroups[0].atoms.indices)
print(atomgroups[1].atoms.indices)
results in this output:
[2348 2349 2350 2351 2352 2353 2354]
[2355 2356 2357 2358 2359 2360 2361]
[2355 2356 2357 2358 2359 2360 2361]
[2355 2356 2357 2358 2359 2360 2361]
!56 (merged) seems to be breaking change.
