Connecting to proxy always raises "Failed to connect the remote server : no such file or directory" Error

Hello, I'll installed the latest Shadowsocks FOSS from f-droid also I have installed the upstream shadowsocks from APK file. then I click on connect button upstream version works correctly but FOSS version shows "Failed to connect the remote server : no such file or directory"

reinstalling FOSS, import from clipboard instead of import form json file , install v2ray plugin(from f-droid) although the proxy isn't v2ray, test on another proxy didn't help my android version is 10 but I also tested it on another device with android 7 installed
