Add all regionMapping.json region types to application.conf.

This tool generated the geojson files and the updated regionSources in application.conf: https://github.com/TerriaJS/magda-convert-region-shapefiles

I don't actually know if this works because I can't run magda-metadata at the moment, but I think it might.
