vty-bearlibterminal

vty doesn't support Windows at the moment due to how non-cross-platform TUIs are.

The core Vty type is just a record of functions, so in theory we should be able to create one that uses a BLT window instead.

It remains to be seen if there is some technical reason this isn't possible.
