fix or deprecate ansible-lint and extra .lint_rules/

ansible/bin/lint use deprecated lint rules generating python errors or python exception during linting.

• update rules (https://github.com/lean-delivery/ansible-lint-rules/archive/1.1.0.zip)
• fix and clean lint output
