Feature: filter on OperationId

It would be nice to be able to filter on OperationId, in addition to tag and method.

As the spec is generally outside of the control user, it gives fine grain control over what to include or exclude.

If this feature looks interesting enough to you, I'm happy to have a look and try to implement it.
