Twitch "mode"

I'd like a option where this script disables itself if the stream is from twitch. Better yet where it sets alternate cache-sec and cache-default.

My [protocol.ytdl]/[protocol.https] have fairly high cache-* settings and a low cache-initial to get things started. But then this script puts me like a minute behind the streamer.

It would be nice if the this script could either turn itself off or TRY to keep my lag low.
