Stray .cpython-313.pyc, gets installed for all Python versions

The 1.0.12 source distribution archive on PyPI contains a stray .pyc file:

sphinx_lv2_theme-1.4.4/sphinx_lv2_theme/__pycache__/__init__.cpython-313.pyc

This file gets wrongly picked by setuptools and installed to every Python version, e.g.:

/usr/lib/python3.14/site-packages/sphinx_lv2_theme/__pycache__/__init__.cpython-313.pyc
