Rename OP 14 "Lazy Request" to official name "Guild Subscriptions" and expand documentation on it

OP 14 is referenced to as "Lazy Request" by the documentation which is an unofficial name given to it by the documentation. The official name for it however is "Guild Subscriptions" as indicated in Discord's source code at 71:497 which is why I suggest the name should be updated accordingly. Additionally it's used for much more than just updating the member list as the documentation mentions and should hence be expanded upon. I wouldn't mind doing the name change and documentation myself, however considering there is a lot of work involved with figuring out the logic behind guild subscriptions, I would at least like to ask if the maintainers of this documentation would have any issues with any such changes/additions, so I don't end up doing all the research for nothing.
