contour3d example depends on archived AnalyzeFMRI
One of the examples in ?misc3d::contour3d depends on the AnalyzeFMRI package, which was archived a while ago for failure to update header file use. (It still uses S.h; I tried a quick hack to bring it into compliance but without success.)
