Rename target files to allow using patch and official by selection

Currently the patch changes the behavior of the official template files of etherlab to use the external mode. Some functionality is removed. The changed files should be renamed from e.g. "etherlab" to "etherlab_extmode" to allow selecting either the patched version or the original version. This would also simplify a merge into the official repository.
