Incorrect display of track & album dates

Hi,

It seems that dates in 1.10.0-stable1 do not respect system settings. The screenshot above shows dates in US format (m/dd/yy) and times as 12 hr. For my system, dates should be dd/mm/yy and times should be 24 hr.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
